- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This was the dirtiest animal shelter I've ever seen. Dogs were sitting in their own feces and urine covered the walls and hallways. These dogs are under socialized because the minute I walked in, instead of being greeted by loud barking, there was whining and crying like I'd never heard of before. Every dog (all pit bulls) would lock eyes with you and wag their tails desperately, and as I left I heard the most horrible cries behind me. These dogs deserve better.
